Lisa recently shared her personal journey and strategies to combat burnout with the nursing team at Mass Eye and Ear. She shared her own experience with depression and the motivation behind creating LP Vibes aiming to inspire and equip nurses with the tools to build a positive mindset. Lisa focuses on promoting positivity and self-love through her affirmation cards. Lisa also designed special Mass Eye and Ear bracelets for the nurses to help spread hope and happiness especially during challenging times. Lisa’s presentation highlighted the growing need for awareness and self-care. She is empowering!
